• All transactions are subject to Maharashtra State Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) guidelines and Government of India agricultural export policies.

3. Product Availability & Quality Assurance

• We source our produce from a network of certified farmers and maintain high food safety standards (GlobalGAP, GRASP, SMETA).

• Availability of products may vary due to seasonality, weather conditions, and supply chain factors.

• We ensure compliance with Maximum Residue Levels (MRL) and other international export requirements.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are subject to market conditions and may change without prior notice.

• All payments must be made through approved banking channels.

• We do not accept returns or refunds (refer to Refund Policy).

5. Shipping & Delivery​

• 5.1 General Shipping Terms
     •    Earthful Foods (Atmanirbhar Shetkari (Farmers) Producers Company Ltd) ensures timely and efficient delivery of all orders through authorized logistics partners.
     •    All shipping timelines are subject to operational constraints, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory delays, or supply chain disruptions).

• 5.2 Delivery Timelines
     •    Domestic Orders (India): Orders are typically delivered within 4-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
     •    International Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 15-20 business days, subject to customs clearance and international shipping regulations.
     •    Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• 5.3 Shipping Charges & Taxes
     •    Shipping charges vary based on destination, weight, and volume of the consignment and will be communicated at checkout or through a separate contract agreement.
     •    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other levies, which shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

• 5.4 Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
     •    While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays due to force majeure events (such as government restrictions, extreme weather, port congestion, strikes, or acts of God) shall not render Earthful Foods liable for any direct or indirect losses.
     •    Buyers will be notified in the event of significant delays, and Earthful Foods will make reasonable efforts to expedite the shipping process.

• 5.5 Order Tracking & Customer Responsibility
     •    Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring the receipt of their orders.
     •    In case of non-receipt due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, Earthful Foods shall not be liable for redelivery or refunds.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• We ensure quality control, but we are not liable for any issues arising after delivery, including improper storage or handling by third parties.

• Our products are perishable agricultural goods and must be handled as per the guidelines provided.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Maharashtra State courts, following the Companies Act, 2013, and FPO guidelines.

• Disputes related to international trade shall be subject to applicable export laws and regulations.
